Here is a Red Roof Inn we just cleaned last week on Hwy 301 in Tampa, across from the Florida State Fair Grounds. LOL, it could have been called “The Black Roof Inn” because parts of it were filthy. This was a large shingle roof, and it took two coats of our Apple Sauce Roof Cleaning Chemical, to make it Red again.

Because this Red Roof Inn is very close to a major Hwy (US 301), we had to modify our Apple Sauce Roof Cleaning Chemical a little bit, to account for all the road grime plus the car and truck exhaust present on the shingle roof.

When shingle roofs like this get really dirty, it usually takes a good Tampa Rainstorm before they look their very best. The before and after the commercial roof cleaning pictures do not do this job justice, but we are far too busy to come back after a rain, just to take pictures. All these pictures were taken the same day this roof was cleaned.
I drove by the Red Roof Inn a few days ago, and the roof is absolutely spotless.
Here are the pictures of this job.
